H.C. Noel stopped by to let us know that he created a new paranormal webcomic, Tara Normal that updates weekly on Wednesdays. It's about a licensed paranormal investigator who solves the bizarre, otherworldly mysteries that haunt each episode using her inherited supernatural abilities. The first story features UFO's, aliens, missing corpses, and zombie dogs and the next stories will feature all kinds of monsters and ghosts.
