Joshua is a small boy found at the scene of a horrendous crime in which his entire family was killed. Not only are the family members dead but also eviscerated and hanging throughout his room. The authorities place Joshua in Sister Mary’s home for orphans. The other children pick on Joshua due to his size and his constant companion, Teddy, a teddy bear and is Joshua’s’ security blanket. Little does anyone know that Teddy is a conduit for evil and is fighting for Joshua’s soul.
