Paleontologist Doctor Webb is very secretive about the experiments he’s conducting in an old warehouse. Even the security guards don’t really know what Webb is doing, until a blown fuse releases the doctor’s little experiment.

Suddenly a vicious, hungry raptor is loose in Los Angeles, eating its way from street to street. Only Doctor Webb and a lone security guard know that the dinosaur is on the loose. And they have only a tranquilizer gun and a forklift at their disposal.
