Ramen Alexander Perg was a policeman in 1800s Chicago. Something turned him against the city he had sworn to protect, leaving him so black and evil that the citizens of Chicago stoned him to death. Apparently, the citizens were so afraid of the policeman that they chained his dead body, put a cross on his chest, and burned him.

The following day, Perg rose as a demonic being, using the cross they’d buried him with as a dagger. But despite appearances, the now-risen Perg fights for the side of Good. And the dagger? When he plunges it into an evildoer’s head, it actually cleanses them of evil.
