Gloomy is a young girl who iss afraid of just about everything, too afraid, some days, to even leave the house. And who can blame her? It's not every little girl whose acquaintances are werewolves and Frankenstein monsters, and whose typical experiences include being abducted, hypnotized, or otherwise attacked.

These tales aren't truly spooky, though, in fact, given the generally cute, little-kid styled monsters, think Family Circus meets Bram Stoker.
