Police officer Keith J. Snyder has been assigned to security duty at the new horror-themed casino, Desert Moon. While guarding the VIPs from the dangers of the dance floor, a fire starts and sets off the sprinklers. However, they spray black water and transform the guests into vampires and Keith is the only one who can get to the bottom of this. Luckily, he discovers that white water turns the vampires back into humans. With this knowledge, Keith uses a tranquilizer gun and white water to return the innocent guests to their normal state, and he begins his investigation of the night's incident. As another stroke of luck, Keith can earn money for useful items by playing the casino games. Will Keith be able to find out who or what is behind the strange series of events?
