Day of the Dead: The Rising of Bub was published by Dead Dog in 2006.

In this story, a group of human survivors notice a small helicopter that has drifted in and out of their zombie-filled Florida costal city of the undead (as seen in the original Day of the Dead movie).When these survivors decide to find there way to the location of this helicopter they stumble into the world of everyone's favorite zombie, "Bub," and his clan of zombified flesh-eaters, who just happen to be all out of fresh meat. The sequel is even more intense than the original, and will surely satisfy all you hardcore Living Dead fans.
