Reporter Jacob Paulson has been hearing urban legends for months about a mysterious “Deadforce” wreaking havoc with the criminal elements of Los Muertos. He finds a man cursed with the power of death whose slightest touch kills. Deadforce is now out to rid the city of Simon Jasper and his underworld rackets of protection and bombings.
