Jericho Drumm was born in Haiti, the land of voodoo, moved the New York where he studied and became a psychologist. He returned to Haiti after 12 years in the United States, and found his brother Daniel, a voodoo priest, on his deathbed, victim of an evil voodoo sorceror who had conjured Damballah, the serpent god, on him. As Daniel was dying, Jericho promised to learn the ways of voodoo and avenge his death. Jericho learned the art of voodoo from Papa Jambo. Before doing so, Jambo then resurrected Daniel's spirit and merged it with Jericho's, making Brother Voodoo the most powerful voodoo master of all. Jericho then turned his attention to the Damballah. In a furious battle, Brother Voodoo was victorious.

Brother Voodoo has recently appeared in Gambit. He teamed with the cajun to take on hordes of zombies. There have been rumors of a Brother Voodoo SciFi original series.
