Hellblazer: Pandemonium

Soon to be released from DC Comics this February is Hellblazer: Pandemonium.

It is hard to believe that it has been 25 years since everyones favorite chain smoking magician burst onto the scene. This silver anniversary is celebrated in style as writer, Jamie Delano, returns to the John Constantine character.

Constantine, the ultimate anti-hero, goes from London to Iraq in this war horror tale. Delano delivers the real grit of the current war along with classic Constantine wit.

The art chores are handled by Jock, who may be best known for his work on Judge Dredd and The Losers. Jock delivers a great Constantine especially when it comes to the mages facial expressions.

Although it takes some time to get into the horror aspect of the book, this is a fun tale for new and old Hellblazer fans.
