Here's the process SON OF 6 issue 1. Page 1 starts off with a blank paper and a marker, I do the thumbnails first, then work into 11 by 17, pencils only then I paint and the finished product is what you see here.

I do a book like a movie, I set up scenes in my head and then thumbnail it all.

On pg 2 and 3 the splash page is very important, it sets up the story and shows one of the main characters MOTHERBLEEDS she's the bad girl.

This book is very special to me the character was created when my wife of 10 years passed I had stopped all artwork until he popped into my head. And after 3 years and no sleep later SON OF 6 ISSUE 1 is born! I just would like to say I do things different I just draw and remove pencil with inks until it looks the way I see it,you don't always have to work like everyone else.
