GREEN: Things You Can Do When PAD's INCREDIBLE HULK #77 Finally Arrives!

- Buy that first copy for yourself!
- Pick up those extra copies you ordered, then give 'em to friends--people who have never read HULK before, those who saw the movie and liked it, fans of HULK who left the day PAD did, anyone you can think of. Donate them to libraries, or put them in doctor’s offices (but ask permission first!). Spread the word! (DON’T clean your retailer out of the book if you forgot to order more than one--remember, there are fans who need those copies more than you!)
- Comic-shop gurus: Buy copies for yourself and give them FREE to your favorite customers! Put a display full of copies of the new HULK book by your checkout! Make huge HULK displays that draw in the fans! Give back-issue special deals when your patrons buy HULK by PAD!
- Send fan-mail to Marvel (mheroes@marvel.com) telling them exactly what you think of the new HULK mini! Go to PAD’s weblog and tell him you enjoy the book, too! If it’s convention season, go talk to those parties responsible!
- Post your reviews online! Make the book visible to every conceivable audience!
- DON’T stop this behavior with the successive issues (#78-82)! Remember, if you really want PAD back on a regular basis, you’ve got to keep up the fan support! DO NOT wait for the trade paperback edition of this Hulk series! (If you want, and you have the disposable income, buy the TPB even after you’ve bought all the individual issues!) Initial support and sales figures count more! (***If the mini does not sell well, there will NOT be a trade paperback, to say nothing of a full-time return of PAD!***) Ideally, we’d like to see circulation/sales figures stay relatively constant for all the issues in the series. In our wildest dreams, those figures would INCREASE, not decrease, from month to month!
- If you do anything extraordinary, beyond the call of duty, to
spread the word and promote PAD’s new HULK venture, then by all means, tell Hulk fans and Marvel assembled about your extreme efforts! In fact, if you do anything big, sign the forthcoming guestbook so Hulk fans the world over can gasp in awe!
